Where is the Windows 7 driver for Mad Catz SFIV TE FightStick?

So, I recently decided to purchase the Mad Catz SFIV TE FightStick after some research and inquiry that can be found here. It finally arrived and I've finally sat down to take a look at it. When I plugged it in, Windows 7 recognized the device and began searching for a driver - but never found one. I went into Device Manager, selected to update the driver and 'let me pick from a list' - expecting to see the option for an Xbox 360 driver. That seems to be the most popular solution to my problem when asking Google. However, such a solution did not appear anywhere on the list.

Like days of old, I thought I might need to grab the driver from the vendor site directly, but surprise - everything is here EXCEPT the TE FightStick.

So, after searching this subreddit for threads about Mad Catz drivers I've pretty much exhausted my search, short of contacting Mad Catz directly. Does anybody here know where or how I can actually play with the Mad Catz SFIV TE Fight Stick on Windows 7? It does seem like a particularly uncommon issue. I half expected it to work after simply plugging it in once I saw that Windows detected the device and the little xbox circle on case lit up green. Would there be a conflict with having an actual xbox 360 controller set up on the same machine? I unplugged that controller thinking it might be an issue, but doing so appears to have no affect on anything I try with this FightStick.

Any help is appreciated before I start emailing Mad Catz for help. My thread is basically a hope that I missed some simple solution. I'd prefer to seem oblivious and be told something obvious before I start chasing rabbits down rabbit holes with some un-interested customer support rep.
